Insight Manager

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Insights Manager to join our growing team.

We need someone with exceptional web insight skills, someone who has a strong understanding of interpreting data into insights.

This is a client-facing role. You have got to be outward-going and extremely sociable. You have got to know how to manage customers expectations sensitively but firmly.

You will be based in our office in Farringdon, central London, but will be traveling to various client sites around the country 1-2 days per week.

You have got to be a strong individual, with grit and determination. This role is ideal for someone who has commercial vision and can see the true value of web analytics to a client. You need to be able to work within the client’s approach to digital marketing and qualify how success will be measured.

Before you apply for this job, make sure you can prove you have existing experience of:

  • Previous experience of web analytics – at an end-user level
  • Broad experience of all aspects of digital, through the various stages of customer acquisition; from media planning through to landing pages, and user journeys through the site. Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation and media planning is also useful
  • Previous experience of digital marketing tools in the market. A strong grasp of the key analytics platforms, DMPs, analysis tools
  • Strong experience of handling data, reporting on it, and making recommendations and driving through optimisation plans
